maybe something later?

I think there is a chance for a little bit, the satellite has being indicating a change in the angle of the flow. Met has light snow for London tomorrow afternoon now.. we are just warming up (or should I say cooling down) very slowly...

Those who are disheartened by the latest model out put, please don't be. It's just one run!

No more Winter is over posts please

I might sneak one in...

That blow up in convection around Sudbury looks promising for those in the SW of the SE. Not till the AM though...

Very nice Heavy Shower to the East of Margate running ever so slightly SSW - Should exit t'other side just east of Brighton if it can sustain over land and is not SST Driven!

The Rain Today site JP posted will show the little burst.. as I mentioned earlier the direction of the flow has changed (more easterly off the continent into the SE) and if we are in this situation now I think things look good for flurries overnight

Just seen the SE news forcast she had us in dry sunny weather for Friday an no mention of convective showers at all. Was very lacking in detail.

they wont mention it because the simply dont know, forecasting convective showers is more of a nowcast thing :) so dont give up!

There are a few flakes here in Biggin Hill at the moment (thought I'd switch the outside lights on, but didn't expect anything)!

Don't think it has reach SW Essex yet, still showing precip towards Colchester.
