Temperature is now at 1.5c DP -2.1 so both have dropped by around 0.5/1c in the last hour

I should clear off to bed, but am amazed at that arm of snow heading east. Maybe only a light shower for most but I suspect there will be a lot of people waking up to it.

Right, the rainband has stalled just the west of me... Clear skies now coming in from North + East... Temperature dropped to 1.7c.

Morning all. Looks like I missed the best of it all last night early hours. I need to check the radar but lampost watch observations indicate sweet nothing has happened in Newbury. Not sure of temps either but a step outside and it feels warm. I can't even smell it in the air. oh well nw radar may reveal a little more. It is though cloudy outside. Pb

We must have had some Snow here earlier, it was on the tops of the cars. It's not raining. Totally gutted to have missed Snow falling

snow on my car this morning (but nowhere else) but raining in Bournemouth. Light snow Ringwood and across the Forest and then some moderate snow Winchester to Basingstoke. Nothing north of there from what i can see. It was dark but i think the snow was settling around Basingstoke.

Closest we've had to snow all winter here.Rain with a bit of sleet in it ! Maybe we'll get more on Wednesday as I see our snow risk is now at 16% !

Yours will come from the other direction I think. Give it 24/48 hours and I think you will see a bit more than we are currently looking at!
