laugh.png A lovely West Midlands dry Gap opening up nicely now. Im off to enjoy the sun! biggrin.png

Miserable so & so...lol......just had some thunder & fork lightning here in the past few minutes.....that sunny gap might work well in aiding further showers/storms to break out, so I wouldn't write things off just yet

Hehe. :D

Its this that annoys me: http://brunnur.vedur.is/athuganir/eldingar/

Most in our region have seen some lightning now. I had a few rumbles on Tuesday and seen no lightning.

But its early days of course and when the southerly plumes arise, thats when here usually joins the big boys.

Looks like we're lined up fopr some good stuff shortly?

They look big enough and potent enough for us to be able to get our first thunder this year hopefully?

Why is there just no showers forming now over most of the area? Surely there is still energy up there and there is some convection???

Couple of great storms with hail, thunder and lightning in Hereford. Looks to be some more forming near Snowdonia heading this way.

Finally, some convection has sprouted over the West Midlands (Conurbation) with some new torrential cells about.

Gosh This part of the West Midlands really has been left out now. Can see that Ludlow/Tenbury Wells Cell from here. Its massive. Really disappointing again here today but never mind. A whole season to come up!

Whatever Wales, West Midlands is getting is pretty much purely down to a continuous development in one little spot in Wales! On the Satellite youd think it was a Volcano erupting!!!

It really is now apparent have weve been very unlucky here.

Yet again the SE is covered.

If there is one region that deserves all the best weather possible, it is here.

It's been the exact same here, no luck at all, not sure why we keep missing out for but it's becoming a bit of a joke now..
