Regarding this weeks rain event, the warning states that the impact could be quite high, its teetering on an amber, infact it will be an amber once they firm up on the details and the likelihood increases.

I know this is for the regional SE Weather but thought this news might be of interest to some on here seeing as Kent and Sussex's very own weather lady is apart of the following news.

Next year on the Tornado Chase Tours, the SE's very own Kaddy Lee-Preston will be joining us on Tour 2 to chase and forecast Supercells and Tornadoes, she has never seen one so hopefully we can break that duck for her.

Oh and there are still spaces available if you want to chase alongside Kaddy next year!

Stand by for the sound of breaking necks to get tickets for next years tour.....

And it says chase alongside Kaddy, not chase Kaddy!

Did Coast hear the news yesterday and that's why he fell out of the tree?!

As far as I know it's just edit your profile and change photo - it has to be the right size though so maybe that is the problem ?

If anyone needs accommodation whilst you're at Uni and you're studying close to Middlesbrough then the UK's cheapest house at £750 is on offer. You will have to contend with rife arson attacks and one of the UK's highest crime rates but once you settle in, make sure you install security fences because your neighbours will be in and out of your house more times than an estate agent.

Well the wind has picked up a bit here, only a light breeze but on my walk back from the post office I was watching a man and a little girl in the park trying to fly a very pretty kite - they were having lots of fun but it wasn't really windy enough !

It is a BIG one, the fridge that is. I have personally seen images of it.

As for the weather, it might get a bit windy and wet later this evening, judging by the latest radar.

The Black arrows indicating the movement of the frontal mass and the Red arrows indicating the movement of the individual rain cells.

Oh gosh, this thread really gave me the giggles.

People with huge fridges that may contain a recently deceased pop icon, snuggling on naughty steps, falling out of trees, storm chasing with weather personalities...

Just love reading on here everyday.

Rather blustery here at the moment, but all in all not a bad early autumn day. I am not looking forward to the possible deluge headed our way.

I think this is what the met are worries about...Nadine looks like she is going to throw her toys out of the pram when she comes in contact with us..A long way of yet but Southern England hold on lots of rain by the looks of it...
