Someone a clue when november was warmer than october ? I saw 1994 was close, just 0,1°C warmer.

I suppose it's 1881, october 7.3°C, and november 8.9°C?

My hunch for November is that it will be a rather unsettled month with nothing notably cold or mild, but with cooler spells alternating with milder spells. I feel that any snowfall will be mainly limited to higher ground in the north. I also think that there won't be too much in the way of frosts due to the unsettled nature of the month. I feel that the cooler spells may just outweigh the milder ones, so I will go for a slightly below average CET of 6.6C please. A rather different November to last year!

Going to change my guess from 5.9c to 7.1c due to the AO forecast to turn rather positive.

I feel this month will come in below average as heights to our NW are maintained throughout, so with that I'm going for 5.9c.

Would like to revise my guess to 6.5C please. Average first half, turning much colder and eventually very wintry by the end of the month.
