Looking at the radar it appears anyone from around Huntingdon N is in the sweet zone.

Just add the wrap around isn't expected until later this evenng although the radar isn't exactly the same as the models. Probably best just to watch this unfold.

Really coming down now.

Very Heavy snow starting to settle on my road.

Was not expecting this today. Must be bringing the surface temps right down.

It's really chucking down - settling nicely on the snow we got last night on grass), but not quite setting yet on the paths and roads as they are pretty wet

Please include me in that TEITS, in only in St Neots a few miles further south. Do you think I will benefit from this wrap round later ?

Great news, and in Epping ;-)

Looks like we should do quite well teoday and tonight.

That warm sector should stay to the south and west of us in Essex :-)

I certainly hope so hun, think we will do well tonight! Still heavy here, all heading in right direction! :)

Light snow flurries here in Haverhill Suffolk.

East Anglians look well placed for a good fall today.

As Dave (TEITS) said in an earlier post, the wrap around tonight will be an added bonus for those snow-lovers out therebiggrin.png .

NH

I'm just up the road from you on the A143 northwards. Good innit?

snizzle has turned to consistent light snow. Getting heavier with every few minutes that pass. Radars suggesting that the front is strengthening from both the north and south (in terms of PPN intensity) so should be fun later on. Have my fingers crossed for the magic 10cms, but we'll see what happens. Really feels good seeing the snow after the weeks of Strat warming and predictions of mid-month changes.

Since I went a walk and took these the snow has come down heavier and even the treated roads are now white, lovely flakes the sort that stick to your nose and eyelashes *sings these are a few of my favourite things*

Goodness knows why the radar is showing green over MK, it is and always has been nothing but snow here good.gif

Yes, I flicked through the radar sequence and I got the impression of intensification too.
