Looks like most of the south east will get 6-10" tonight IMHO if the dew points drop to allow snow which they probably will

The precip is much more intense than on Sunday and that still delivered 3-4" to the region

Yeah right.

Surprised there is not amber or even red warnings out for London, central and southern England, the precip is yellow/green/pink on the met radar whereas on Sunday it was all blue so when that turns to snow......

Sorry - Bromley is in London - it's a London borough whatever the Post Office might wrongly claim. By the same token Croydon is also in London - not Surrey.

I will give you £1bn if London and the South East sees several inches of snow tonight. I'm not even sure it will reach me.

You might be very poor tonight , look at raintoday, the heavy precip is what is driving the tempos down even more

Dew points dropped like a stone to -2c in

Should be snow all the way on top of the lying snow...

Surely, not if you've got a BR postcode. Anyway is this the 5 minute argument or the full half hour. Sorry showing my age there!

Cheers,

Tom

Yep same for my location, Ilford. Postcode is IG1 but it's in the London borough of Redbridge and within Greater London, yet many people still think it's in Essex.

It's the same for places like Bromley and Bexleyheath. They're in Greater London but still have the old Kent postcode.
