Started snowing here in Tunbridge Wells, not heavy yet and not settling......but a nice goodbye to a very good cold spell!

There is the odd snowflake in the mix out there now, damn, this should have happened earlier, all the red wine is making me sleepy, but I don't want to miss the headline act

just whipped up to the lincs thread there is 40mm radar returns up there & people already reporting depths of 6-8 inches-

somewhere will land 30cm tonight in the NE region.

meanwhile here intensity picking up- more & more flakes appearing-

I wish I wasnt right down by the thames
