To Jimmyh-Live in Petts wood/Locksbottom borders and just a little bit on tops of cars and a bit on roofs of houses and on grass.Stopped now.Think Knockholt will have a good covering, its all about the elevation and with them over 600ft asl they will have done pretty well i think.

radar shows a big yellow blob over Brighton/Eastborne right now, by the looks of the chart it could make it to London by about 9:30pm, anyone seen this?

Heavy here now and all surfaces are now covered!

Very surprised given how wet everywhere was but its great to see even if it won't be on the ground for long.

Just peeped outside and within the last hour it has started sticking to grass/cars etc, guessing with meto going for snow all night we could have a good covering by morning

WOW the eastern end of Southend - out to Foulness ISland must be getting pumelled.

Coming down nice here. I think the heavier stuff as you say is out towards Shoeburyness. Not doing much for accumulations though to be honest. Perhaps 0.5-0.7cm now.

As we've seen so many times this winter for some reason most of Cambridgeshire/Norfolk/Parts of Suffolk are seeing barely a thing in the way of precip, it just fizzles out when it gets here!!! grrrr. Quietly optimistic we might be in for something better in the early hours/morning for this area as it moves away from London/Essex. Not holding much hope though :/
