I would like to take this opportunity to apologise to all the members of the South East/East Anglia Discussion for my poor showing tonight. With an estimated snow/rain event here amounting to absolutely nothing we have been a major disappointment, in fact I would put it more strongly than that, a disgrace to this fine club. I would like to be able to promise you I will do better next time, but frankly I can't. In the good old days I would have been covered in tar and had white feathers thrown over me.

Essex must be getting hit

Hell yes

Met didn't do there best here.

I'm still down for sleet. with only one period of light snow later on. But when it comes to these events met struggle because of the near continent.

Good location here for temp/DP but just missing heavier PPN. About 1cm on all surfaces. Reckon it might be about 2-3cm once all done here. I can quite understand others nearby getting more.

It's come down as thick and fast as Wayne Rooney in a Formula 1 racing car here.

I know, probably the heaviest in terms of falling snow so far this winter out there currently!

Wasn't expecting this.

Maybe another couple hours looking at radar :-)

Funny, I thought you said you would of loved to go sledging with your mum. Easy to misread posts on forums.

Unless your in 2 places at once of course!

I love how members can assume your weather conditions 40 miles away!!

Why would we lie?

All go to my mum and dads in Epping they would love to see you lol rofl.gifshok.gifshok.gifshok.gifshok.gifshok.gifshok.gifshok.gifshok.gifshok.gifshok.gif

After a day of light rain on and off here in Emneth West Norfolk it's finally turned to snow! Probably won't lead to much but very nice to see some flakes blowing around.
