Thanks for the heads up. I'm the most easterly member of Netweather so I will be keeping an eye open for that beast and let you know when he arrives. Latest weather from here is no snow.

I think that the jolly Dutch chap from the model thread may win 'most easterly netweather member...'

Yes Hughsey, same here. Really did not expect 3 and a half hours snow though today and I have just a little inkling that this may not be the last fall of this winter.

Yeah, was better than I had anticipated too. Agreed, the models indicating the potential for an interesting end to February, although if it doesnt snow again this winter I won't be too dissapointed, had a couple of good snowfalls this year.

anyhow, just thought i would take this chance to say thank you to everyone in this thread for the fun, laughter and general light heartedness over the last couple of months, i know i don't input much on here, but feel that this is the best regional thread on the forum.

I prob wont be around much over the next couple of weeks as baby is due anytime, (was ment to be here yesterday!) so will have my hands full.

There is nothing to miss unfortunately. It died as it hit London. Nothing left on it. Maybe the odd bit of sleet/snizzle.

Temp on the rise here was 2.5 an hour and half ago and dewpoint was -0.5 but now temp is 3.1 and dewpoint 1.1

Looks like the Mids and oop narf did well again. 5-10cm seems the average. On top of the 5-10cm they also got on Sunday.
