Scotland has been given a hat because it's so cold.

Morning, Still cold out there, but a lot milder than of late. Off out to do the weekly food shopping. By the way, I renewed my car tax today for a 6 months period as the year's cost is too much at the moment and could not believe it when I was told the price had gone up from £148.50 to £152.00. I still can not see how IDS can live on £53.00 a week. He needs to wake up and face reality.

Have a good day and peace to all.

Beautiful day here today, temp reached 10.2°c but it felt like much warmer. Spent most of the day in the garden, preparing and laying hardcore ready for my shed.

The wife has been baking all afternoon, so the house smells like heaven.

Think I deserve a sit down, a freshly baked biscotti biscuit and a beer now.

After complaining about cloud earlier, it's been beautiful here this afternoon, clear blue skies and a warm yellow ball shining brightly.

It finally feels like winter has left biggrin.png

Temp has just reached 9.9 here, confused why it's going up as the sun goes down, but anyway, I hope it makes it one more . of a degree to get into double figures without rounding.

Good, may be that signals that the evening storms will be back this year when the weather warms up.

Upper layer temp is -4c and ground level temp is around 4c. Any ppn could be of a wintry nature which has not been forecast by the MetO

Beautiful day here today guys. Mostly blue skies, with a weird yellow thing in the sky (oh yeah the sun, its been so long). Felt positively warm in it though. Just seen the BBC forecast and it looks like rain next week..... Dam, the cold disappears to be replaced with average ish temp and cloud and rain. Come on sun GROW some.... Haha. Night guys

Radar reading is virga / anaprop I'm afraid guys

I am gutted! Really hoped after this lovely sunny warm day (9 degrees is warm compared to what we have been used to) I really wanted settling snow and the dull, dry super duper'e to contunue further into spring. Oh, anaprop means that slushy crap isn't falling from the sky? Praise be the Lord!

What a lovely day I have enjoyed.... ok, maybe haven't nagged Mr Raven into cutting the grass, but I can cope with that... for now!

Most likely smashing our all time April record here. Already -4.3C and seriously dropping fast. Will be -7C at this rate.

I've had heavy outbreaks of this all winter rofl.gif

Sunny day today here again, crowds were out as the funfare was in town. Don't know whether it was annoying or not. Stuck in between age wise haha.
