Nice active cell moving out of Northern France right now

Interesting little trough feature on the latest FAX chart stretching from N Wales round to E Kent....should be a focal point for showers and storms tomorrow if it materialises!

Indeed and it's well within the warm sector so may at least hold some downpours. However how much is this reliant on cloud amounts because if so we may see little action at all.

Mmmmm nice, that had better come our way. Or that cell from Caen. I wanna try and photograph some lightning but the first thunderstorm I've had this summer happened when I didn't have my camera on me.

Slight intensification of the cell near Plymouth; the big bunch of rain seems to be splitting into smaller cells.

It does look like something is brewing to my south but there's no reflectivity on the radar. I'm heading to the pub in a bit, i hope something develops later.
