been a hit and miss sort of afternoon, but nothing exceptional showerwise.  Best one was around 2pm, with a few minutes of 'heavy' rain, with a couple of moderate showers since then, but no thunder, just bog standard rain.

Nice day here in the main, one or two light showers, but nothing to spoil outdoor activities.

i dont think the forecast was bad? the forecast was for showers and obviously the nature of them is to be hit and miss, there were showers just like the forecast said however like myself you just missed them all apart from a tiny bit of drizzle

Maybe slightly to your west looks good at the moment, Here the skies look full of promise!!! But nothing falling.

7.30pm and it came down in buckets here, plus some thunder and lightning to boot. All moved off northwards now.

Edit: And we had about a 5 min power cut.

That must be the one that just came through here. Was all thundered out by the time it got here but still some very heavy rain. The cb cloud looked very pristine in the south as it approached though.

Apart from Tuesday morning, a lot of storms that have approached from the south-west over the past week seem to lose their electricity around Malvern and Worcester. Wonder why that is? Have noticed it in the past as well.
