16.4mm of rain since midnight yesterday, 11.6mm of that falling since midnight today. Currently 10.8c and feeling chilly..definitely roast dinner weather!

A perfect evening yesterday (in more ways than one!) for Ninfield's bonfire and parade. A bowl of "Chilli", "Bucks Fizz" and "Toffee Apples!! were waiting  our return!! ....Yummy!!...Today on the other hand was a total wash out!!

Went for a walk with the missus and granddaughter about an hour ago, miserable weather, wind strength increased quite a lot in the 40 minutes we were out.  Needed a warm shower once we got in.  Little girl has been watching too much Pepper Pig, my trousers were wetter from her jumping in puddles than from the rain

although the heaviest still looks over tod area

 

temps

around 8-10 and if you are lucky to get some clearance from the rain it could drop to around 5 degrees

 

 

not got tomorrow for some reason

looks grey and drizzly muck

 

heavier rain am but easing pm

Just imagine if this rain was all snow! Fairly widespread as it pivots around. Wet start here in Egham with moderate rain and a strengthening breeze. Was lovely and still last night with the stars visible when I came home from the pub around 1am though.
