This picture from nearby Treharris seems to show even greater depth, but I'm not sure if this is 1963 or 82. Perhaps somebody more knowledgeable about cars knows the answer.

 

 

 

Now, let's look forward to a potentially warm, sunny Spring and whatever Summer brings, it'll nice to see the lush, verdant foliage again, and let's hope next winter is drastically different to the one currently in its death throes.  :)

 

Nice pics.  Assuming that's a transit van I'm pretty sure that's 1982, as they weren't launched until later in the 1960s (unless you had that much snow in 1979?).

Ooh! Surprised by snow. Light dusting on hills above Llanarmon and a bit on Spring Hill. Nowt in the garden.

After a rather damp Friday morning, it has been a very pleasant weekend, sunny spells Saturday, sunny to start yesterday and then sunny at times in the afternoon, but today the best day pretty much wall to wall sun.

 

Looking at the records no official station in Wales hit 20c, but Milford Haven and Pembrey both got 19c. Not bad at all for the first week in April, and great for a bank holiday!!!!!!

Fresh snow this morning on the Moelwyns. It wasnt there yesterday although Snowdon still had some from last weeks fresh falls.

Looks a fair bit of cape in France on fri.going over to Paris for a few days looks very hot not experienced high temperatures like they are forecasting lighting should be good raining here quite muggy Tuesday looks hot
