Nice photos, how has places like Ambleside and Bowness done.

 

Will be kicking myself only moved away last year and that was where I last saw proper snow!!

Not sure about Ambleside/ Windermere but Kendal has very little if any. North and East Cumbria with height has done very well.

 

Class pics, is there any coastal snow cover down that way? 

Probably very little, altitude has definitely helped here. Can't wait to get up on the Helvellyn range to see how much has fallen there!

It's definitely knife edge stuff... very marginal so it's up in the air. I don't think rain reports from N.I mean it will be rain for all, as this is where the milder air is. There is still cold air sitting over England, and if it continues SE, hopefully the eastern flank stays cold enough - time will tell!

 

Coastal areas are still probs going to be too warm regardless

Temps have steadily climbed here and are now at 3.1c with DP at 1c, I think its best if we prepare for rain and anything else is a bonus.
