Torrential rain now and the power is tripping a bit. Very close now. Street lights turned off for a moment.

I can see some quite frequent flashes to our SW, but they still seem fairly distant tbh. But I'm definitely hearing some rumbles out there.........

Just started raining here.

 

Lot's of flashes to the west - that must be the Blizzy/Gord storm. But there are also some intense - and very beautiful - flashes directly to my south, albeit in the distance still.

Lol - not too bad dear chap..... Yourself?

Looking at lightningmaps.org, we have our storm shield fully in place at the moment, but I can hear the distant rumbles now (decided to turn the fan off and put up with being too hot), so fingers crossed it will succumb.

Love a good storm, almost as much as snow....

That was amazing though. Still going well but seems to be moving off now. Was so quick hitting but powerful!
