18C here with bright sunshine. Might even squeeze a 19C too, if lucky.

Ridiculously mild for this time on a late October evening! 14.5c, and it's actually warmer now that it was a few hours ago!

Beautiful Sunny weather (if a little hazy) after 11am today with some high clouds, exactly which was not forecasted for today but for yesterday - when it was dark with thick cloud all the way after 2pm.  :D

Dark and very not cold....sorry but I can't bare to use the M word.

Other than that and the flashes and bangs from folk who think bonfire night is in October nothing else to report.

Wow... it's still so mild out there! 16°C at midnight, right at the very end of October is beyond remarkable!

Decent start to what should be a lovely day.

Temperature currently 12c after dropping to 10.5c overnight so not the warmth experienced by others but not bad for the time of year all the same.

Finish my brew and then time to get out with the dog.

Sunny in Manchester ,just in time for dog walk turn pub crawl :)...

Bright up here rather than sunny, maybe the hills are hanging on to the cloud a bit longer but some blue sky starting to appear and not bad all the same.

Unfortunately ever silver lining has a cloud and a decent day followed by a dry evening means all of the Halloween crew will be out and about causing havoc later.

The only thing I looking forward to is the fog tonight I don't know rather it will happen tonight but we'll will wait and see.

It is perfect conditions for fog. It just need the cloud to break up then by tonight the fog will happen.

It is a foggy start to November here. The clouds did break up last night.

The fog is clearing to blue skies now, and the sun is now shining brightly. The temperature is also already 11C, so assuming the cloud doesn't build later, it could be an exceptionally mild start to November.

Clear, sunny start to the day up here with no sign of the mist and fog that was forecast.

Time to take the dog out and then a bit of time tidying up the huge piles of leaves in the garden.

No signs of any sunshine here,a foggy but very mild start to

November, looking through the models this morning no signs

Of any colder weather, still 5 weeks until winter official starts.

Hoefully the sun will get to work soon and burn this fog of.
