so the question on the above warning is a little muted!!!!! it would only take about a shift of 50 miles south and London and most of kent and sussex would be in firing line confused really. we have had a number of hard frosts last couple of nights cold air is embedded why no snow??? in welling and kent

At least the ground is dry currently ;)

Look how the precipitation turns to Snow when it hits North Eastern France!

Just ventured outside for first time, it does feel colder than it looks, it's not balmy as I previously stated from my warm bed!

the rain front is very very slow moving, i can see the borderline between cloud & blue sky over fenland

from the office window behind the showground peterborough, this has not moved for the last 2 1/2 hours.

hopefully i will get some sleep tonight, so i shall never know. Met 0 warning still has me in the running, shame it's a night event again.

The big blue rain is sitting about 1cm from me on the radar!  It feels like I'm waiting for something from Independence Day to arrive above us!!

the front seems to of hit a wall slowing down dramatically all good to see

Very very good to see.. The slower the better after dark is even better!! Shows the cold putting up a very good fight.. BUT to much of a fight and it will fizzle out..

Need to watch the little low to the south too all that has gone quiet!
