Now under a really heavy area of precipitation. Pouring with rain.

Whomever is under that area of precipitation across Lincolnshire is either getting buried or flooded.

Nothing but rain here all day  Radar's showing sleet over us, but it's not making it to the ground.  that as the temps drop things might get interesting.

Can't believe how borderline this event is. 250m+ in parts of the Midlands and it seems to be snowing. Anything under that and it's just pure rain Oh well, I suppose it's still early days for Winter! *clutches at straws*

A double punch today to marginal for snow for most Midlanders. Medium to long term has gone up the swanny in all charts barring the mighty GFS. Only one thing for it move to Buxton Snow capital of England lol.

Big band of ppm descending sort of SE wards from the north...don’t tell me...more rain?  Still as others are saying this is still only the start of winter. Nothing mild on the horizon anytime soon. What’s to complain about?

Evening all. I can 100% vouch that is has rained all day very cold rain for the second full day in a row. Day 2 of being completely soaked wet through delivering parcels not supprising considering it was a high of 5oC on the van dash

It was snowing in long Eaton at my sister's house must have been on the boarderline here in Burton as usual..

Not a problem onwards and upwards. Back to being entertained by the back and forth on the model thread til the next lamppost watching chance comes my way.

Exactly! Wasn't planning to bother checking until I saw snow comments here! Nice big wet snow flakes a fantastic surprise. Shame the precip we had all day arrived during the night instead, but nevertheless a great start to winter.
