Showers of rain and sleet have now turned to showers of hail. A sign that the colder air is arriving. Good.

2.2°C now have just had a shower of something but missed most of it so I couldn’t tell what it was.

Went back to rain after the heavier stuff moved away. Temp now dipped below 2C

Looks like your shower will hit us is around an hour. Currently below freezing here so will be interesting to see what falls by the time it gets this far inland.

Sunday's snow track is ever changing, my updated met office app now has snow symbols 12 - 6pm.

They've kept the pitch in miraculous condition. 

 

Especially when you remember Blackburn - of the Championship for crying out loud - cancelled a game due to a waterlogged pitch the other night.
