Saw this on the mod discussion thread.  Don't know what it is, but for sure I don't like those eyes.

BBC forecast more bullish on snow for thurs, I still reckon that can upgrade further.

He's trying to emulate Boris Johnson.

You can clearly see the cold fighting back.

For once we want a few nudges south but not many!

Local forecast BBC mentions snow tomorrow on high ground, possibly at low levels further east. Then same again on thurs, but was very short on detail. All a bit vague.  One of those forecasts where there was a general waft of the arm towards the screen .... in other words they are still trying to fill in the details

Rinse & repeat on the Friday too, again a few nudges south required.

Tomorrow.

Above 200 m snow.

150–200 m snow to sleet.

100–150 M sleet to snow to rain.

50–100 m rain to sleet to rain.

If precip more intense Snow can get down to 100 m and sleet  to sea-level.

The earlier the precip the better before solar input can raise the temperatures; -1 – -3 overnight.

Plenty of opportunity for some parts of the North to get a real dumping over the next few days but I think for most we’ll look back at a mixture of missed opportunities and sheer bad luck.

I’ll keep the shovel handy just in case but somehow I think the I will be shovelling far more potential than actual snow.

not that I can go anywhere when I’ve actually moved the snow

In theory, if your trying to help and clear the way, you can go anywhere with that shovel.
