Next band of heavy persistent snow showers should be arriving around 10pm tonight. Looking much more promising than last night so far.

Well there’s one thing for sure, if it snows it will 100% settle the roads are like an ice rink.

Looking good on the radar, we have a light flurry.

Quiet here, got a centimetre on the ground again after the daily melt but expecting a little more.

Nothing at all here. Ground is just white due to the ice. But no snow yet.

Oh no, what's going on, there is a big blob of pink above your house on the radar.

Mind the radar is showing sleet here and we had nothing last 30 minutes or so.

Just as you said that, it’s started to very lightly snow. Hopefully the start of at least a dusting

Don't think it will be darlos night tonight. May get something around 01.00 everything is going mainly south I think. N Yorkshire could get a good amount.

Day 3 of snow. 37 to go to beat my season record. Always seems to happen on day I buy . I'm ordering one in September next year

Not sure about my radar but the showers don't seem to be making it inland. Don't think there will be too much more snow around now. May have to wait until next spell of cold weather, assuming we got one.

Woke up to another good dusting in Darlington! Can't really complain, this is already more snow than the whole of last year
