Got a cm or 2 in Warminster.

Looks about that here in Westbury, which isn’t much considering it snowed most of the night. Though lookimg back over the radar mainly light so not surprising. We did better back in December in a similar time frame and intensity from that narrow band though it was much colder.

Might go for a walk out in it this morning before it disappears later if UKV is anything to go by. My concerns last night of things heading in the wrong direction appear to be happening with tonight’s second band nothing but cold rain.

I’ll stay out of the MAD thread today. I don’t think I can cope with another day of  the rampant ramping of a certain person from the East Midlands.

I think whole thing has been pushed north which has given north of region couple of cm but probably at cost of the 5 - 10cm warned for this evening.

Still light snow currently but waiting for it to turn to rain now.

Nice covering (few cms) everywhere except any surfaces that retained warmth - so roads/pavements/concrete still clear/wet.

It’s doubled in the last hour.

We were very lucky that December morning with heavy showers locally.

Winter wonderland in Winchester, still snowing, far better than expected!

Sorry to those who have missed out, hopefully your time will come. Up to 5cms here in Winchester, still coming down, expected rain now, radar says rain, still lots of light snow which bolds well!

What a waste. Just wet and a slight sprinkle here. Even Bridgwater has more.

and has tonight’s snow all but gone? Can someone confirm?

None of video forecasts have been updated but to me it looks like a rain event this evening.

Hope I am wrong though.

Morning, it's snowing here and looking at the cars it probably was white at some point but there's nothing on the ground now. Can see the Mendips are white, looks like a good covering up on the hills.

It’s been a long slog getting to this point so hoping it’s worth the wait, looking good on that front 👌❄️
