Nothing here. Mate has just texted from Hurn, to say it's snowing there now.

In the words of Fraser in Dad's Army...we're doomed lol

Proper mix here, some rain, sleet, snow.

But snow is the main aspect currently. Car windscreen going white.

Good evening Jethro,

I've moved back to shepton mallet around 140m so slightly more hope but I can walk up long hill myself too.

Local weather shows showers widely but hit and miss.

It's Shepton, doesn't matter how high it is it always gets snow when there's any around. Also gets absolutely grid locked, lorries getting stuck on the hills bring everything to a halt. One night it took hubby over two hours to do the short journey to Holcombe, nightmare. He soon learnt all those little lanes to get round instead.

Light snow last hour or so. Enough to turn the top of the bin lids the shed roof and North facing house roofs with a dusting

Snow flurries here in Teignmouth on the coast for some time but nothing has settled. Very pretty though and it was that special moment before dawn where you see the flakes falling in the light of the street lamps. Isn’t that just one of the greatest sights in all of weather watching?

I imagine it has settled up on Dartmoor.

Heaviest snow here since 2018.

Translation: A few bits of dandruff observed falling when using a microscope 😂

Hi mob. I'm guessing you're not quite as high as me on the Hill as we have a dusting on Bin lids cars and North Face and rooftops I have taken photos but unfortunately don't know how to transfer things as Still in the Dark Ages

Snow falling nicely in the village but higher up there is a covering and with a near easterly gale it's freezing

Although nothing is settling here it is lightly snowing now.
I knew there was a chance of snow today but didn’t think it would actually happen. Unfortunately I will have to ‘eat my hat’ now after my husband said we would get snow on Thursday. After let downs in the past I said it wouldn’t happen and threatened to eat my hat if it did 😂

Smallish flakes but pure snow it is, and snow in Weymouth in November is a rare sight. In a place where not seeing a solitary flake all winter is far from uncommon.

No doubt that the slight Northerly element to the Easterly is what’s doing it here.

Just beat me too it. Small flakes blowing around in the breeze. But snow? In Weymouth? In November? Unreal.

Actually, it's snowing properly now. Light and a bit sleety, but settling on some cold surfaces. Just a little more intensity and we could get a covering.

That's fine lol! Glad to hear you have something to report in the snow desert of Paulsgrove 😂

Yep, very unusual sight. I’d have spare fingers left if I counted the times I can remember snow here in November on one hand, and I’m in my 50s.

Snow a lot heavier here now on the coast not far from you.  Sticking on roofs and grass.

Good luck to those in south.

It seems to have fizzled out after it looked like it was building north for a little while. 🧐
