Nice sunny day here today, topping out at 12-13 degrees C. Even had some lenticular clouds resident over the Severn Estuary after lunch.

It was a rather colourful start to the day here!

Morning All, some patchy rain in the area, and overcast, with the heavier rain to the west for later.

The overnight low of 8.9°C at: 00:00 has eased all the way up to the current 9.3°C with RH91% and a 10mph breeze in from the SW.

No air frosts at all during February and with that a completely snowless winter comes to an end.

Morning All, a damp start after the overnight rain cleared away, and the next approaching band of rain is slowly creeping upwards from the SW approaches. Meanwhile the overnight low of 6.8°C at: 06:09, has risen to 7.3°C with the RH95% and 1.6mm of rain since midnight, and a light 9mph breeze in from the ENE

Looking at the beachcam this morning from the Sorted Surf shop, it shows the recent storms have scoured away quite a lot of the sand, that had been previously been dredged.

Rain arrived in South Devon, looking like another wet day

The forecast is getting even worse! A long long way from the afore forecast one wet day yesterday then a fine rest of the week!

Potentially it could rain all the rest of today, all tonight, much of tomorrow then a further band of rain gets stuck somewhere across the region on Thursday as high pressure builds around it!

Worst case scenario but possible.

Yes it does look a tad damp this week doesn't it? Would it be too early to call it a damp spring?

Morning All, a damp start to the day, after yesterday's total of 23.2mm, adding another 3.8mm since midnight. Almost everything has flatlined overnight , and the temperature hovers around 8.0°C, with a light breeze in from the ESE.
