Sunshine and showers today - typical March weather. Looks like some beefier ones approaching now too.

Let's keep this simple. Far enough away to avoid the grockles (holiday makers), near enough to smell the sea with a wind in from the S & SW..I have plenty of bed(rooms) as the kids moved out a long time ago.. and to buy now you are looking at 500K, but for that, I'll throw the greenhouse in for free!

But, don't tell the wife I've included the greenhouse (although that's the old one, I haven't started on the new one yet, it's still in the cardboard boxes!)Retirement task number uno!

As a fellow forum member, I'd welcome you to the area, as it says I am Dorset born and bred, I love it..

Meanwhile what a crackin day down here. plenty of rays, oodles of suntan lotion, with a cooling breeze, with no rain, although it seems to be arming itself out to the west. 

Peaked at 12.5°C at: 14:33, can we do better this week, I'm sure we can!

Some nice sunny spells this afternoon. Temp got to 12.8°C.

It’s my first washing related moan of the year!

Did no washing this morning before a day out, despite having plenty to do from yesterday (5 year old boy!!!!!) because it was forecast to be showery but tomorrow looked dry.

Now here we are home around 17.00 after a bone dry day with tomorrow now looking decidedly iffy!!!!!!

What a lovely day of sunshine it turned out to be yesterday.
It felt very warm in that sun at times, despite the max only getting to 12.4c

Nice bright start to the day today.
In the greenhouse today sowing the first batch of tomatoes, cucumbers and gherkins.

Now, 8.5c, 1023.3 hPa, light ESE to SSE earlier, slowly been trying the move to SSW

Morning all, a chilly night as the temperature dropped to 1.9°C at: 04:59, currently 6.8°C, RH95%, with light air movement from the NE, albeit overcast..

Must admit in all the years of having weather stations that I've knowingly noticed, they have never registered 0 for more than a very short time, say a few minutes.
It is very light wind today, registering 1-3mph, with a  handful of 4-5mph gusts. 
Wind direction is still mostly SSE here, occasionally trying a SSW direction.

All is forgiven! It’s glorious! Must have been a few rogue model runs I saw allied to the BBC early evening forecast which has been proven wrong’

Mostly cloudy earlier in the day but the sun came out more during the afternoon and it felt quite warm when out of the breeze. Reached 11.1°C

Not much in the way of sunshine, but not a bad day with light winds. Temp reached 13.1°C

I've also had fibre installed, I'm over the moon! I've waited almost 15 years for this..

Lovely spring like day here.Maxed out at 15c with overnight low of 2c. Lovely to hear all the birds twittering and watching them prepare for the months ahead
