There is some odd lighting coming from inland for some reason

Seeing bright flashes but no idea where they coming from.

Noticed that too but wasn't sure. If it were day still there would be some stunning photogenic structures.

A number of elevated thunderstorms developing on the S coast... Not sure models were particularly keen in recent runs for this to happen.

The amount of lightning in the channel right now is pretty nuts! Just shows never to write any event off too early.

I can see a lot coming from my east and my west

Whatever just moved over me has just produced a wind gust, temp cooled by 2c since about 10 mins ago and it’s rotating

It's looking flashy on the South coast.. fingers crossed the storms make it.

With large thunderstorms being present earlier, there may be a bit of cold pooling about potentially? Unfortunately, I don't expect to see much/any more lightning from this mass of rain.
