@A Face like Thunder Think it might have been Rostherne that recorded the 15.4c got to 14.5c here in Sandbach. Very mild all the same a very windy evening Jocelyn sounding at least windier than Isha here too some big gusts the past half hour or so.

@WillinGlossop near home and the trees ate moving too much for my liking.

lots of small branches on the roads and a few wheelie bins.

@Had Worse neighbours recycling having a dance 🪩 🕺 up the road and our drive 🙈🙈 trees really swaying about… wouldn’t be surprised if one or some of them came down if this wind continues 🙈🙈

hope you’re all back safe soon 🤞👌

Must be some kind of Foehn effect going on that's coming off the Welsh mountains, temps remaining at 10'c with gusts ever increasing since 8pm.

The wind gusts are definitely louder tonight than they were on Sunday night! Whether or not that equates to them being stronger I can only guess!!

As others have said, the gusts sound and feel more stronger that Isha.  There's a couple of wheelie bins on their way to the park, my bathroom extractor fan sounds like @Had Worse bagpiper and the lights have flickered x3 since 9.30pm.  No doubt be fun and games at Man Airport.

Another one in the 'winds feel stronger' than Storm Isha camp...the trees in the back certainly dancing & swaying to a faster tempo.

Looking at

Mobile Current Wind / Weather observations and forecast. Providing near real time weather maps of wind strength and direction across the UK

the winds have a more westerly bearing than the south westerly of Storm Isha so for my parts a lot less sheltered.

More pace to the winds as mentioned here. Enough to blow me along in the open parts of our estate.

Some impressive temps in Spain. Benidorm up to 22c on Thursday, in January lol.

18c uppers touching the southern Iberian peninsula too. Kinda worrying given how early it is. Are we going to get some early heat this year???

Benidorm 7 day weather forecast including weather warnings, temperature, rain, wind, visibility, humidity and UV
