Morning All, at least this is the day in February that it can rain. Happy Birthday any leaplings🎂

As for the weather, well it seems to be a groundhog day, with the overnight high of 9.9°C at: 05:27 being followed by the low of 7.7°C at: 08:08 due to the wind direction changing in from the N. RH97% and light air movement from the SW.

On Golden sands a calm channel and interesting cloudbase

Don’t worry, we will soon be finished with our wet February days.  They will be no more.

Instead, we will get to experience some wet, March days.

Interesting quick check on the amount of sunshine here for the past month to midday today:

Sunshine hours for the month: 26:29 hrs

Norra lot really.😏

The amount of cloud outside of the rain bands is pretty frustrating to be honest!

Yesterday was cloudy before and after the rain band, with lightbulb sun visible for a while in the morning.

Now today the rain band stopped 3+ hours ago yet it’s only now the lightbulb sun is visible. And it’s very unlikely to get brighter!

Ummm……….  What be that symbol at 08:00 tomorrow morning?

Hopefully a dry weekend coming up, albeit still cloudy and probably rather chilly.  Can’t expect too much now can we!

jy The matching one I think would be the 'Cobra RM514SPC Lawnmower Rear Roller Self Propelled'. Which is about £40 cheaper. It also has a steel, rather than plastic roller.

More stock arriving mid-March by the sounds of it.

Starting March with one of these...

pretty tragic really.

Confused as I posted earlier the expectation from ECM was for the rain to pass through overnight hours around 3am. Then tomorrow was looking like this:

image.thumb.png.5510fb81c30dcde119707e4111701995.png

From GFS it was looking like this:

image.thumb.png.c5dfdbdef02b4c1a2e00a4bf56eb273a.png

UKV has this for tomorrow

image.thumb.png.b467bb61c2e031e91ab21b2063432324.png

And add GEFS to that we have:

image.thumb.png.5d23ed6ad8387571ad18ca27fefc0785.png

Now we have 5 possibilities, yer takes yer choice...

So that would suggest the MetO are in agreement with the GEFS/GFS forecast rather than the ECMWF.
