Anyone come across the web cam pictures on Windy before? or has this been a thing for a while and I just haven't noticed.

Don't give up on that one. Stick it in a pot and see what happens. Just don't it cut back past the old wood, as it's unlikely to shoot from there.

*Stormforce~beka* Anything you can break, like plant pots (not plastic) , plates, cups, bricks, you name it, I suspect you might have a better chance if you put it in a pot, given that we are due to see more rain over the next 5 days or so. A friendly garden centre might have some broken pots, you only need a little if you put it in a pot to try and bring it on.

A decent sunny afternoon after a cloudy start. The wind was a bit cold though.

Shame there’s more rain due this weekend because the ground is just beginning to dry out in the strong SEly wind!

Absolute cracker today.

Might have some more sleepers down this afternoon, if I haven't used to much water in the postcrete.

Pick a LOW any LOW, as there's plenty to choose from:

Just 2.5 hours of sunshine, but it has felt cold and horrible in the strong wind.

OH NO, you mean it's not true😪

PS Mrs Miggins tearoom closed in Hexham earlier this year, Harry Ramsdens or WestBeach are as near the Pier that you might be brave enough to venture in to!

Im tough enough Dorset to go into such places but what of the Polar Bears they are being moved to Bed and Breakfast rooms in local hotels.

Crikey they'll be lucky, the local small hotels are either burning down or being knocked down. The B.I.C would make a good Polar bear home, right next to the Aquarium and the penguins!

*Stormforce~beka* Have a read of the enclosed:

DOWNDERRY-NURSERY.CO.UK

Lavender plant care including pruning advice.

Its also worth looking at a high potash feeder, something like https://www.amazon.co.uk/Chempak-High-Potash-Fertiliser-Formula/dp/B00K6GWJCK/ref=sr_1_6?sr=8-6

To hopefully bring it on, make sure it's not going to get too much water in the the mean time.

@jtay  please feel free to shut me up if I am providing anything wrong in trying to resuscitate the sad looking lavender.

Dorsetbred Hair cut it again or leave it? Did trim in October

I put it in soil from the ground, no compost and no water. I think it's dodo personally but we'll see ...

 Dorsetbred Sound advice, I'm sure

@*Stormforce~beka* Just leave it for now, I reckon.

Got away with it today. No rain after the early showers, so a full day's work finishing the retaining sleepers. The only downside, is that I'm absolutely knackered. 😴
