From a IMBY perspective I hope the snow stays far far away, got stuff to do! 

Radar looking quite interesting for the usual areas from this kind of set up, few CMs for the more elevated areas and maybe a slight dusting to lower levels? Certainly nothing exciting or to write home about but should give a few their snow fix for a bit.

Had a mix of rain sleet and snow by the Thames no way near cold enough for settling which were used to on my low lying road cars look damp

Strange, I'm right on the river Medway and the snow a short while ago settled immediately. No marginality whatsoever!

temp down from 2.1c to 1.6c in last 10 mins, so looks like some evaporative cooling aslo taking place.

Sat in the car in Eastbourne and light sleet/snow in the air. Bearing in mind this is right on the south coast if it can snow here it can snow anywhere.

Does anyone have a heads up for prospects later on? Would be nice to see some heavier stuff arrive, and maybe even settle, once it gets dark.

Sleet here in East Dene, only call it snow when it settles. Very dull today, but looking forward to sunny skies tomorrow.
