  1. I want warmth living here over cold now, but if living in peak district I'd want cold, as I'd see proper snow
  2. interesting squall moved through, wild with hail and thunder/lightning, only about 5 mins though
  3. eh? the Atlantic dominates from Nov to March, whether you like it or not Miguel
  4. would prefer it in winter, but too much to ask nowadays, Atlantic air dominates Dec to Early March
  5. yes, sleet wet snow showers, hail too, frequent through afternoon, more so than yesterday I think
  6. can see the cell from here, may just miss me, seems to be heading direct S rather than SSE
  7. well yes, cos winter is dominated by low pressure and Atlantic air nowadays, April isn't, so snow more likely
  8. showers of sleet/wet snow today, too low really though for proper snow
  9. big showers drifted down north/east of here, pasting for high levels probably
  10. northerlies do have a tendancy to arrive at weekends, as it's April, this won't go tits up, where as in Dec to Feb, models would under estimate the Atlantic
  11. my thoughts as well, I'm thinking a summer dominated by low pressure and mostly NW winds
  12. my kind of April, if i lived 200m higher, i'd rather it slides east and leaves us under HP, opposite to what I'd want in winter
  13. agree with that as it'll be towards end of April, hard enough nowadays to get snow off northerlies at low levels south in January
  14. agree there, been decent here though, light winds sunnyish, tomorrow okay as well, then after bleeurgh
  15. pass it 'ere then! 27 just about okay, hate 30 plus though
  16. too far north here, thundery/cumulonimbus to my south, not moving here though, someone in west midlands really drenched!
  17. conor right though. it's a shocker, this does not look like clearing, Stafford and telford too far north and west
