  1. not for you no, my area though struggles, bbc charts also suggest grey here
  2. north sea mist rolled in here now, tomorrow looks vile!
  3. yeah, good clouds, before misting over from the east
  4. quiet on here! vile today that horrible wind, mist rolled in around 10.30am, more chance of brightness tomorrow after front clears
  5. obviously hope GFS top one is right!!!! do not fancy 6° and rain, but do fancy 13° and dry maybe sunny
  6. yes horrid, hate ECM FI, my facebook something came up from a rag I assume, Easter heatwave on the way 19°C temps? I mean wtf?
  7. yes, Feb is usually sunniest month of the year if you get high pressure, Mar onwards convective skies, nuisance though not storms noticed on mr D's timelapse convective skies now with strong March sun
  8. been monitoring GFS for weekend and 12Z is 'orrid And I hope it's wrong!
  9. nasty easterly wind out there, only going to increase from tomorrow, will feel raw with north sea mist, (of course that's for my location only) everyone else in this region sunny/warm, away from Staffs and Shrops
  10. I can never understand that either, how the 'eck can anyone like wind and rain? especially with lower temps, not too bad if it was 12° or higher
  11. I don't mind boring, when we had gales and rain which completely suck, was wishing on anticyclonic gloom! mild and dry is great any time of year but especially March, Frosty right as well, some cloud breaks will appear, I think best of Spring weather far north and far west where sunshine could be unbroken
  12. yeah good charts Frosty! could do with high just a bit further south, for my area (southern areas) but great oop norf
  13. 2006, bbc had too far east, famous snow 'fail' that one, just before I got internet, netweather etc, then I may not have expected any who knows
  14. what makes some named and others not?, cos Wed 9th March affected many areas with gales and flooding, affected here more than all named storms, as did 17th Feb
  15. ugh very foggy, foggiest day of season, don't mind it in Nov, but not now
