I'm very interested in this theory of the snow blowing around 5-10 miles West of where the radar is currently showing it. Never thought of it before but it certainly seems to be the case, today!
That is very interesting. Currently a heavy blob over my location and it's been light to moderate snow for the past 20 mins. Nothing that looks heavy in nature
Anyone west of Birmingham that is in a dry spot on the radar but are still seeing snow falling?
Shane, honestly, don't write this one off yet. Telford still looks to be in a good position. Assess it again at around 10-11am and see what kind of snowfall you have by then. I would expect at least 5cm for Telford, by the time this is over
I was VERY downbeat after the past couple of let downs for Northampton, however, I am quite excited and optimistic about this one! I think it will definitely reach Leicester, and possibly pivot over there, too.
