    Nice! I only have a 125 Honda but it gets me from A to B and only need a CBT license for it haha. Was very dicey on it when it snowed though!

    Haha, I hadn't been checking them lately as it was so mild over Christmas. That'll teach me I hope there is accumulations by morning. Not on the roads though as i have to ride s motorbike back to Rushden at 7:30am!

    Where the hell did this come from?! At my girlfriends house in Rugby and the rain has turned to snow. My mum in Leicester has also messaged me saying it's snowing there! Wasn't expecting this

    Read this on the Daily Star earlier... (Yes I know, not credible at all. I was reading another article and clicked on this one) "Up to four inches of snow is expected to smother the country today on a morning forecasters have dubbed “white Thursday”. It comes after Storm Caroline brought the UK to a standstill over the weekend – with heavy snow and icy conditions causing traffic chaos." White Thursday can't wait for this 4 inches of snow to smother us today

    Leicestershire is usually crap for snow. Lived there for 23 years and only ever saw a few decent events in that time. Birmingham, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire always seemed to do much better.

    Jeeeez! Absolutely teeming it down here now. Was meant to be going down to Oxford to visit my family but i'm going to hold off until it passes as I ride a motorbike Snow has completely gone now apart from the odd patch here and there.

    This is depressing. Just looked out my bedroom window, sound of dripping coming from everywhere! Snow is thawing rapidly, can't see much being left by tomorrow afternoon. Was a good event in the end though, just wish we could see snow stick around for weeks rather than melt after 2-3 days. Pretty much the scene in my back garden now...

    Grrrrr!! Current temp 1.2c dew -0.1c and it's raining lightly! Ridiculous. Knew rain would win out tonight but it would have been nice to see a bit of snow on the very leading edge. At those temperatures, I would have expected to see sleet at least

    No worries. I've been there myself and been frustrated with lack of snow but maybe next time wait until the event is over before writing it off

    After all that moaning did I or did I not tell you that stoke would do alright from this? Where is this snow for the Midlands supposed to be coming from for later on? It's all dying out. Naff all left really.

    Wow, his is unbelievable! It's picking up again here even though the radar shows it should have almost stopped. Non-stop now since 4:30am. never seen such prolonged snowfall in my life. 8 hiurs and counting.

    Nooooo!! It's starting to lose intensity it's still coming down well here but I can see on the radar that it's starting to die down in the Midlands. Don't stop now, i'm just starting to get used to it!!
