Met office issued a yellow warning for wind from 9pm Wed til 3pm Thursday. Looking like gusts up to 50mph, and wednesday a lot of rain heading this way, oh whoppie joy, just as everything has dried up. -
Sun finally broke through around 2pm, lasted about half an hour before more cloud rolled in, seems to be getting a bit misty too here, another chilly day.

A good frost this morning, still flippin cloudy though, come on sun, show yourself.

Well, again, the sun didnt make an appearance today, just seemed to get cloudier as the day went on, feeling cold but thankfully not windy. Doesn't look as though the sun will be shining over the next few days either looking at the forecast and then a couple days of rain

Sun is still not getting through the clouds here, barely showed itself yesterday too. Whilst its dry, some brightness would be nice and no frost as forecast here, so definately didnt make the -4c low that was forecast.

Reminds of my evening walk a few days ago, unaware the field I was trying to cross was quite as wet as it was, I got a few yards into it and realised my mistake, as I turned to go back to the path, my foot slipped, I went down, ended up covered from toes to elbows in thick runny mud, thankfully nobody saw and I then had to walk home dripping mud as I walked, hoping not to pass anyone Think I'll wait a few more weeks before trying that route again!

Sun is trying hard to break through the cloud here, hope it makes it to warm up what is so far a chilly murky morning.

Cor that NE wind is bloomin cold tonight. But as Blessed said, at least it will clear away the murk and maybe get some sunshine tomorrow, which will be welcome after the gloom of the last few days.

Now thats weird, just passed another dog walker this morning who said yesterday they saw snow symbols for early this morning, I laughed and said were they mad! Anyway, another dull cloudy morning and rain overnight and just started again, yuk,

Another misty/foggy morning, sound like a broken record. Fog seems to be thickening too in the last hour. But what the heck is going on with the beeb app, showing thunder symbols for 9am!

The misty murk has cleared, still quite a bit of cloud, but the sun is trying its best to shine through it.

Yuk, another misty/foggy dull damp morning. Yesterday the sun never showed itself all day, hope its not the same for today. Want the sunny frosty mornings back, hate this damp crud.

A light frost, but misty/foggy morning, hopefully the sun works quickly and burns it off.

Decided as it was nice and sunny to move some plants from a old planter into the ground, wow, the soil is still extremely wet (and very clay like here} took ages to dig a couple of large holes, soil sticking to the spade didnt help. Even had to take my jacket off as I was getting too hot. So nice to have some good weather to get jobs down around the garden, spring is nearly here

Another frosty sunny morning, so much nicer than dull cloudy mornings. BBC saying misty and cloudy tomorrow, temps dropping too, but no rain, so that will have to do.

Been a dull dreary and feeling chilly kinda day, no sign of the sunshine and radar been showing light rain overhead for a few hours now, but nothing reaching the ground, thankfully. Hoping this weekend sees the sun come back, doesnt feel so bad when the sun is shining even if the temps are lower.

Clouding over now after the early morning sunshine and the wind is still blustery making it feel cooler.

Blue sky day yesterday and same again today too, hopefully the breeze not quite as brisk today, good for drying several loads of washing yesterday but by the evening was strong enough to make it feel quite chilly out across the fields whilst walking the dogs.

Misty murky start here in the east, cloud looks to be slowly lifting, hope we actually get the few days of sunshine, after the dull and wet afternoon yesterday that wasnt expected, need the sun to make everything feel more cheery.

Unexpected rain coming up from the SE, that wasnt forecast, still a mild day, but a chilly misty start this morning, looks like an hour or so of rain to come through, albeit not particularly heavy. And indeed as others have posted, a yellowish tinge to the sky.

Mild and a bit breezy this morning, hung some washing out for the first time this year! Looking forward to some warmer sunshine days over the next few days, be nice to get everything dried out and be able to walk the woofs without being knee deep in puddles and mud
