The next dry month will probably be one that doesn't really count, like November or December. A dry month then would still be wet, cold and gloomy.

B87 i believe we will have a very hot dry spell within the coming months, most likely ending when the kids break up as per normal 😂

But i do think it will get too hot in july and august here in the uk with severe heat once again across the continent and globally as we get into deep Summer

Remember Cerberus?  Then Charon?  Extreme heat across the continent, loved the greek God names btw too

February 2023 disproved that.

Metwatch Any winter month is still going to be cold though, even if it's the warmest on record. Feb 2023 saw about 90 hours of sun here, so about 12 extra hours. It's still going to be cloudy most of the time.

Fen Wolf I highly doubt we will get much of a summer this year. It's going to be a 2021 repeat with dull conditons throughout.

B87 who truly knows… we shall see

I am going for an intense heatwave sometime in the Summer, could be short and severe or could last weeks as it does over Greece and Europe?

Fen Wolf I'll predict the following. An absolute horrow show throughout

May: 16c av max, 70mm rain, 170 sun hours

June: 20c av max, 80mm rain, 140 sun hours

July: 23c av max, 70mm rain, 180 sun hours

August: 21c av max: 100mm rain, 100 sun hours

B87 That set up of months would cause me to go on 2 more holidays & my bank balance to be emptied out 😂 But knowing how insanely stubborn this dull & wet pattern is these days, you probably won't be far off in your prediction!

Fen Wolf realistically we've got all the perfect ingredients for a hot and dry summer, but the same was said for winter... which flopped hard. Although, it flopped hard because of such a strong Iberian influence, so who knows? That same setup would be good for summer.

Looks like a rainy week ahead, hopefully my depression won’t be as bad this time as the nights are getting shorter and brighter days are ahead of me

Relativistic Just a feeling combined with how bad 1998 was (but without the respite in August).

raz.org.rain Yeah, 18 months of absolute rubbish. Normal weather always being pushed back past day 10.

I want to see 18 months of drier and sunnier weather, starting from June.
