howdie same here 0c right now....

looking way better than it did last night...looking at the radar i think we could be on for more than yesterday TBH

just started to snow here near bilston...only light ...but it looks like an all day dumping (lol) on the cards...and most of night also according to the beeb!!

Snowing heavy here now. Latest radars showing interesting developments in the Irish Sea, seems to be growing and intensifying. Looks like it could bring snow to Cumbria

Looking good in Bath also.County of Somerset mostly missed out Thursday morning so this is a nice suprise for all those In Somerset who didnt get anything.

Sleet here for the past half hour, slowly melting away yesterdays hard work but hoping it turns to the white stuff soon. Don't think we're high enough though but we'll see..

It looks like the beginning of a potentially big snowstorm here in Bristol.

Flakes have just started to turn big - is there anything major up-wind of Bristol

moving in before it eventually reverts to rain this afternoon?

Derby kind of missed out yesterday also - we had about an inch - but over the space of about 8 hours. There must've been more overnight as i just took my 3 year old out and there was about 2 inches on the ground plus minor roads were covered again.

Wasn't expecting anything today so if its going to come this far it will be a bonus.

Been snowing in Stroud since 7am, but most that was left from yesterday has now melted and nothing sticking!!! :yahoo:

Will we get anymore tonight and tomorrow that will stick is anybodies guess?

If the rain we've had for the last 2 hours turns to snow as it goes North, then Bristol onwards is going to have tons of snow

We are in serious danger of localised flooding, had it been snow I would be a very happy bunny :)

Its snowed 2 days in a row now and its always been sticking without any problems.You no i really thought that was it come yesterday when temp rose to 4.5 c and snow melted within half hr.Just goes to show anythin can happen
