With December only week away i think its about time to open this topic. I wonder how many peoples guesses will be effected by the recent cold snap and likely cold start to December

Going to stick my neck out and go for a cold 3.1C. True the charts aren't showing a winter wonderland like they were a day or two ago but it doesn't look like raging zonality either and I think there will be one or two nice surprises during the month :o A prolonged spell of surface cold brings the CET down sharply too and this has been the case for the last couple of Decembers.
