How light does snow have to be before you have to admit it's not snowing?

Ooh yay a flurry here in garforth, east leeds. I have to say i do prefer snow falling in the daylight- mainly because I'm too lazy to go to the front window where all the lamp posts are!

Iv noticed something quite interesting!

The cloud is blowing west to east, yet the snow is blowing and falling east to west???

Maybe this is some orographic enhancement of the precipitaton asit comes over the pennines or maybe some sort of convergence zone developing?

Lets hope so! Snow now moderate with big fat flakes!

Towards the Midlands, everything is going directly E-W :)

Finally beginning to get heavier here Brian, it should be your way before long, and no more mountains to cross!

Have you made a jelly? :D

That really made me laugh hehehe
