It started with small flakes here about 45 mins ago, now we have big flakes and it's starting to settle. Wonder if we will cop for another 10 cm?

I have a horrid vision of going into labour and not being able to get to the hospital because of the snow

light snow falling here, also the hills to the east have now disapeared into a thick white haze so, should turn heavier soon.

proper flakes blowing around again. This will be the third fall of snow in 7 days here, thats 12 cm then 8 cm. Lets hope we have a good dumping tonight and Monday into Tuesday.

Few flakes in the air every so often, looking at the radar something a little heavier perhaps on the way. But then again they have to get past the pennies, which has nasty habit of ruining everything

The 12z UKMO pushed the precipitation a little further North reaching me and South Yorkshire

Almost stopped again and once again can see breaks in the clouds. I think 2cm is out of the question to be honest.

Hmm, we have just had quite a sharp increase in the amount falling up here, it's starting to stick to the roof tiles again
