The snow has now stopped in WSM, but it's given a good dusting. Still very cloudy and the sky is that odd grey/slightly pinkish colour you get with snow. I hope we'll get some more ....

Exceptionally heavy snow here in Melksham (SN12). Over an inch has fallen in just 30 minutes here.

Snowing lightly here it feels like a downgrade but they don't know it could change again in another hour like it has already, so im just gonna play it by site of what i can see. CALLED NOW CASTING. because nobody is quite certain

First pulse of moderate snow left a good covering here in Burnham on Sea an hour ago & has been dry since. Temperature steady at +1.5 but no major thaw. One of those situations where Bristol may do well whilst Zummerzet sees any snow turn to rain (assuming there is more to come). Ian

Yes , a few snow showers seem likely at least, but any snowfall seems at the lower end of original expectations, but to be honest things are not quite going as the forecasts expected them to.

Adam - BBC 10.35pm was a downgrade for Wales and then they issued severe weather warnings for much of SE Wales.
