Amazing-I can see the Runcorn bridge from here-they have 2 inches and a blizzard-we have had a few hail showers-Runcorn is only 5 miles from me.

Looking at the radar, I think parts just to the North of Manchester are in a corridor of uncertainty at the moment, but in a way it's good that the showers seem to be slow moving once they get inland. Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow.

Yep, temperatures are on the rise particularly in the west and southwest of the region with air off the sea. Going to be in the balance here with snow/graupel showers being constantly thawed unless they're more heavy and persistant. Here south of Warrington there is some melting taking place same time as snowing.
