I've never had so much exercise, walk to the window, back to the keyboard, press f5, back to the window...phew this is hard work.

Still raining and temp dropping 1.1c from 1.3c (hinckley)

Finally snowing here! Started off as yet more boring rain to add to the rain we had on Saturdays non event. I decided to ignore it and just checked and it's proper snow now not sleet at all but big flakes beginning to settle! Very wet but looks great - lampost watch in full effect :-)

Snow gradually getting heavier now. This is going tbe good. Radar shows a good while of mod/heavy ppn.:)

Think its still a little south of me, good to here reports of snow at lower altitudes then me though :).

I must be teetering on the edge of the warm sector - back to rain here, all our snow cover from Sat now gone. Our road has been icy since last week, now all washed away and completely clear again.

Hi I am hoping for snow in Derby hopefully in about 1 hour.

Fingers and toes crossed.

Despite temperature rises being reported my nearest weather centre Watnall is reporting temp dips

Back home and its serious! Full 1 inch per hour Temp holding at -0.4c

Snow starting to settle here in Bromsgrove temperature is dropping off slow now.

Rung my GF up as shes trying to get back home from work in Reddich in a rear wheel drive car and it's settling on the roads. Not good! lol

Just light rain here for me at the moment. Temp on my weather station is -0.6 and dewpoint is -1.4. Hope we get snow when the more intensive band reaches me in an hour or two.
