Pictures from a walk today, Brilliant snow drifts and a massive differance between the Village and the hill tops.

Heavy snow now for the last 30 mins or so, and judging by the radar it's not going to stop for a while yet. According to my weather station temp is -1.1C with DP of -2.9C, but I think that may be a bit wrong because it's on a north-facing wall of the garage and is getting the wind full on it so maybe knock a few tenths off that.

I can only dream! when you start initially dropping to Slawit on the wiggely bit of road you can turn right onto Quebec road...V shortly after going on there you can turn left and drop down before climbing back up to meal hill? amazing snow up there, if you walk a little further on to the t-junction drop down left to Slawit to snow drift central! The road is totally blocked off.

I should see a little snow going by the radar. Not much though. Main interest start from Monday onwards. This is something of snack before the main course (because we have already had one good spell, thats had a little snack in between laugh.gif )
