North Eastern China looks particulary stronmg for the time of year.

I'd say it's pretty normal - Manchuria is frigid in winter.

That should change by tomorrow, most of northern and Western Wales is experiencing settling snow atm, eastern scotland, northern ireland, eastern England and also South West of England. Expect greater changes morrow.

That view is worng at least over where i live which is in the north east of Scotland. Currently got 6 inchs of snow and have done since tuesday where it says we have nothing.

I'm looking forward to tomorrow's image.....it should show the snow that fell on the WestCountry and Wales yesterday (because it is still here...all quarter of an inch of it!).
