Laura hates celery YUK ;) tomatoes are a no go too! You really don't need to go to all this trouble Tom, but what you've just made Laura says sounds amazing :D

OK direction time - all are welcome - camping £3.50 per head - Ryan Air would charge extra for the body -

M6 junction 39 (Shap) exit left if coming from the south. Follow signs for Shap. A6. Not Hardendale. You will arrive at a T junction turn right towards Shap, That road runs right into Shap. After about two miles you will arrive at the Farm. The Greyhound pub is on the right just shortly after the farm is on the left GREEN FARM says Caravan Club.

There is an air display over Windermere and so we may see a collection of planes e.g. Battle of Britain flight, wing walkers.

I will be there to set up on Friday night so may stop over the night.

Hi Tom, thanks for going to all the effort to arranging this, really looking forward to meeting you all again. The weather is looking good at the weekend too now with alot of dry weather building from the west, just a chance of a shower on Saturday in the NW.

Should have Ian C coming with me in my car, will try and get up there mid-afternoon on Saturday. Do I need to bring along any food??

Well I must say your post is very negative. I have not been on any storm chases and did not know anyone at the first BBQ at Pauls. I went anyway because the storm chasing interested me and everyine made me very welcome. I went to last years one too so this is by no means a closed shop I urge anybody who can go even on the spur of the moment to do so.

Everybody there are so friendly and we all have our love of storms in common. I am only not going due to my personal situation otherwise i would be grabbing Harry and hot footing it up there lol (sorry Harry you might not want to be grabbed)

Jimbo36 you and your better half will be welcomed with open arms if you go and especially so if you bring BBQ meat and beer as well.

Hope that has cleared things up and Tom great work sorry i can't be there have a fantastic time.

Thanks for that

Well the weather Gods seem to be on my side atm. Wall to wall rain all week end and again today cloudbursts but high building Friday Saturday

last week end would have been a wash out

Probably a better idea for me not to bring a hard drive with footage, suglasses or watch. Tom is it OK to drop off at a supermarket or beer place to get grub for the grill and liquid supplies on way back from train station?

Ian from Dublin put together a good DVD, so I'll bring that. Didnt get a chance to do anything with my footage / photos yet.

I wouldnt worry too much about the food. We are bringing plenty , Arron % Andy are bringing some too. Bring yourselves some beers or red wine. I take it you have a tent. And a big ten for the weather. I have had to keep one eye on it all week.

Is there anyone else coming that I have not mentioned?

it isnt a problem with the farm and shouldnt be a problem with the food.

I think if anyone wants to drop in at the last minute it will not be a problem.

Tom

So you didnt see me??? I was there too. And Nick and Ian oh Paul played a part in it :whistling:
