The dewpoint here has fallen quite rapidly this afternoon. Now showing at - 0.1 .Temp currently 2.5c. Ian mentioned the FOD for snow so I have my fingers crossed it heads down to Minsterworth over night. :good:

looks like a marginal event to me only above 150 m in somerset as i said last night. wont be expecing anything on the ground from this

Hi all!

Haven't seen the forecasts all day, and can't be bothered to look through all previous posts - but what's the forecast for tonight for the mendips?

Also, what time is the ECM out?

Recently moved house and there is a lamp post right outside - may come in handy later on ;)

The ECM will be fully out by 7pm although starts rolling out around 6.20pm

We've been right on the edge of the line all day. It has come a bit closer this afternoon and radar is showing that it should be raining, but, as of half an hour ago, nothing falling.

Anyone getting the feeling this will be a total non event ? Mixed reports coming from the Welsh thread looks like the snow will be very hit and miss. I was going to do an early hours stay up but don't think I will bother now

Hiya, I'm more of a lurker than a poster as I've only basic knowledge but learning every day! What's the chances of snow in Exeter?

We've had sleety rain since around 3pm and temp is showing 2.5c, stopped raining now 18:15.

I also have a lampost right outside my kitchen window so will be checking :)

from very poor to terrible i suspect. even us further east it looks hit and miss

Clouds looked full of snow earlier here. Nothing at all yet not even rain. But Siri tells me it's going to snow and I want to believe him lmao.

I don't know who apple get there weather forcast from but it's rubbish. Always wrong!

Same here in Stoke Gifford, northern edge of BTL.

However, if the snow does get here it wasn't forecast until early hours tom anyway when i last looked.

I can report very light sleet here at moment.

just need to shave a tiny bit of the temperature or dew point! :good:

Fine white stuff falling from the sky in Gloucester apparently. It does appear to be pathetic snow, big rainfall, pathetic snow, big rainfall....

Certainly nothing here at the moment..
